Jurisdictional Advantage
Jurisdictional Advantage is an important concept in understanding regional economies and the role of local conditions. There are, however, two sides to this coin – some governance actions impact jurisdictional advantage while others are factors upon which jurisdictional bodies have little influence. The goals of this project are to understand actions that create jurisdictional advantage, and separate them from those that do not.
